Undertone, who’s real name is Tim Bouwers is an EDM music artist based in Johannesburg. 

Together with his business career spanning over a few decades, music is his passion. After his first attempt at creating electronic music in 2000, Tim has been building a new recording studio in Benoni. 

Completed in 2022, ideas, technology and workflow have been greatly enhanced since 2000. The 22-year gap in music production finally ended and Undertone’s first album should be ready for release in 2024.

Tim loves depicting his imagination and feelings within his music to focus on feel-good, uplifting sounds. When he has some free time, he likes to take to the skies as a private pilot as well as spending quality time with his wife and kids.
